Scope and operator

This policy covers the Phone Cleaner Android app and its product website, operated by H1Soft. It distinguishes on-device file processing, website visits, and support email.

Information processed in the app

No account is required. The current Android release has no internet permission and does not transmit photos, videos, or app usage information to H1Soft servers. It contains no advertising, behavioral analytics, or remote crash-reporting SDK.

  • Media: permitted photos, videos, audio, thumbnails, file names and paths, sizes, formats, capture and modification times, dimensions, and duration. These support file comparison, storage review, previews, and shrinking.
  • Analysis: comparison hashes, similarity, blur and brightness information, and keep selections are stored on the device. They are not used to identify people.
  • Apps and storage: app names, packages, icons, last-use times, app sizes, and available storage help identify apps you have not opened.
  • Settings and history: language, theme, shrink presets, job status, cleaned items, and storage results are kept in app-specific storage.

Chat media tools inspect shared media files on the device. They do not sign in to messaging accounts or read private conversations. The app does not request access to contacts, call logs, or device location.

Permissions and your choices

Photos and videos

Used to analyze and preview the media you permit. Limited access also limits results.

Audio

Used to review audio in the relevant cleaning tool. It does not record through the microphone.

Usage access

Used to review app usage times and storage sizes.

Notifications and media management

Notifications show progress and storage notices. Optional quick-tidy access simplifies system confirmations. Only actions you select are performed.

You can deny or revoke permissions in Android settings. Features requiring them will be limited; other features remain available. Revoking access does not itself erase previously stored local records.

Local retention and deletion

  • Indexes, settings, and history: kept locally to provide features and reuse results. Clear the app’s data in Android storage settings or uninstall the app to remove its app-specific data. Thumbnail and temporary caches may also be cleared during job cleanup or operating-system cache management.
  • Original and smaller files: saved in the device’s media library. Clearing app data or uninstalling Phone Cleaner does not also delete these files.
  • Bin: moved media is managed by the Android system bin for its displayed retention period. The app uses a 30-day retention period; permanent deletion or expiry ends the opportunity to restore. Check the remaining time in the bin.
  • Backups and sync: Android backup, device transfer, or photo-library sync may create separate copies according to your settings and the relevant provider’s policy. These are platform or photo-service features, not an upload service operated by Phone Cleaner.

Website visits

This product website has no registration, payment, or file-upload feature. H1Soft has not added advertising trackers, visitor analytics, or tracking cookies. Phone Cleaner pages serve their fonts and images from the same website.

GitHub, our hosting provider, states that it logs and stores visitor IP addresses for security. These access records are separate from media analyzed in the app or cleaning history. See GitHub Pages data collection and the GitHub Privacy Statement for processing and retention details.

Support email and retention

If you email h1.soft.x001@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them only to respond and investigate your issue. Please send the necessary explanation and app/device version rather than original photos or sensitive documents.

Support correspondence is retained for up to one year after the inquiry is resolved, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion. Where retention is legally required or necessary for an ongoing dispute, we restrict retention to that reason and the necessary period. Email and attachments are deleted when their retention purpose ends.

Service providers and international processing

H1Soft does not sell app media, analysis results, or usage information or provide them for advertising. On-device analysis is not outsourced.

  • GitHub, Inc.: website hosting and security access records.
  • Google Gmail: delivery and storage of email and attachments that you send to support.

These providers may process information in the United States and other countries outside your country of residence. Their locations, retention practices, and rights procedures are described in GitHub’s Privacy Statement and the Google Privacy Policy. No support material is transmitted if you do not send an email. The app’s local features can be used without visiting the website or emailing support.

Where disclosure is required by a lawful request, we follow the applicable legal limits and procedures.

Your privacy rights

You may contact h1.soft.x001@gmail.com to request access to, correction, deletion, or restriction of support data held by H1Soft. A legal guardian or authorized representative may act for you. We request only the information needed to verify authority and explain any legal restriction on a request.

H1Soft cannot remotely access or erase media or analysis records stored only on your device. Manage media through the device library and bin, and app-specific records through Android app settings. There is no account to close.

Protection and children

Local analysis information is managed using Android’s app-specific storage and permission controls. The website uses HTTPS. Support information is handled only as needed to respond. Device locks, operating-system updates, and backup settings also contribute to protecting your information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. Children should ask a guardian for help before contacting support. If we learn that a child’s information was submitted, we obtain any legally required guardian verification or consent, or delete unnecessary information.

Updates and contact

This policy takes effect on September 12, 2026. Updates and their effective dates will be posted here. Material changes affecting your rights will be announced in advance, and any consent required by law will be requested separately.
