Service and scope
These terms cover the Phone Cleaner Android app and its product website, provided by H1Soft. The app helps review media and app usage information you permit it to access and carry out cleaning actions you choose.
Use the service in accordance with these terms and applicable law. No account is required. Minors must obtain a legal guardian’s consent where required by law.

Availability and requirements
The current app targets Android 11 and later. The relevant permissions, such as media or usage access, are required for the features that use them. Availability varies with the device, operating system, file format, installation store, and permission scope.
Feature and release descriptions refer to the version being described. This website does not take payments. If paid features are introduced, their prices and additional conditions will be presented before use.

Selection and confirmation
Duplicate and similar-photo classifications, keep recommendations, and estimated savings help you review files. They do not determine a file’s importance or replace your decision. Review files and settings before selecting an action.
Cleaning follows an explicit action from you. An Android system confirmation normally follows; if you have granted media-management access, some system confirmations may be simplified.

Bin and permanent deletion
Media cleaned through the app is first moved to the system bin and may be restored during its retention period. Phone Cleaner uses a 30-day period; the bin shows the remaining time.
Phone Cleaner cannot restore files after you permanently delete them from the bin or their retention period expires. The bin does not guarantee recovery after corruption, deletion by another app, or other operating-system actions. Back up important files before cleaning.
Bytes moved to the bin are not necessarily space immediately freed. Estimated amounts are identified as estimates; actual freed space is based on changes in device storage.

Shrinking photos and videos
Shrinking creates a new file. Resolution, quality, format, and some metadata may change according to the selected settings. Previews and estimated savings may differ from the final result depending on the device and file.
Shrinking alone does not automatically delete originals. Review the result and decide whether to move the originals to the bin. Files that cannot be encoded or do not provide savings may be skipped. Low storage, temperature, or operating-system limits may interrupt a job.

App archiving and uninstalling
Archiving removes an app’s main installation while retaining user data where supported. Restoring the app may require its installation store. Support and restoration depend on the device, app, and store.
Uninstalling may remove both the app and its associated data. The 30-day media-bin rule does not apply to app archiving or uninstalling. Review the information Android presents before proceeding.

Your rights and responsibilities
Use the service only for files and apps you own or are authorized to manage. Do not delete another person’s files without permission, infringe others’ rights, or improperly interfere with the service.
Rights to your files remain with you or their original rights holders. Using Phone Cleaner does not transfer ownership to H1Soft or grant it permission to upload those files. Code, designs, and trademarks belong to H1Soft or the relevant rights holders. Open-source components remain subject to their licenses, and uses permitted by law are not restricted.

Changes and ending use
Features may change for bug fixes, security, or compatibility. Material changes and planned discontinuation will be announced through the website or another accessible channel. You may stop using the app by uninstalling it. The Privacy Policy explains the distinction between app-specific data and device media.
Changes to these terms and their effective dates will be posted here. Changes unfavorable to users will normally be announced at least 30 days before they take effect. Where an urgent legal change is necessary, we will promptly explain the reason and change. Simply visiting the website does not constitute consent to new paid conditions.

Responsibility and disputes
H1Soft makes reasonable efforts to provide a reliable service. It does not guarantee perfect file classifications, a specific amount of savings, or uninterrupted operation in every device or operating-system environment.
Responsibility for loss is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for H1Soft’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Please first contact h1.soft.x001@gmail.com about a problem or dispute. These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Court jurisdiction is determined by applicable law.
