SAGAK Privacy Policy

1. General

This policy applies to the SAGAK app ("the app") and its landing page, provided by H1Soft ("the team"). The team complies with applicable law, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

2. In three lines

• The app asks for no sign-up and no login.
• Puzzle progress and your album stay on your device, and sync only to your own cloud account when you switch it on.
• Usage statistics are processed only in a form that does not identify you, and can be switched off in settings.

3. What we never collect

The app collects no name, email, phone number, contacts, location or advertising identifier. It contains no advertising SDK.

4. Stored on your device

The following is written to app-private storage and is removed when you uninstall the app.

• The board in progress and its undo history
• Completed boards, times, whether hints were used, and postmark grades
• Your album — stamps, monthly pages, challenges and catalogue progress
• App settings — theme, sound, haptics, notifications, language, accessibility options

5. Optional cloud sync

Only when you switch it on, the progress above is stored in your own cloud account. The team cannot reach that storage.

• Apple iCloud (Apple Inc., USA) — iCloud key-value store; stops when you turn iCloud off
• Google Play Games saved games (Google LLC, USA) — only while you are signed in

6. Optional game services

If you sign in to Game Center or Google Play Games, achievements and leaderboard entries are stored with that service. The name and profile shown are the ones you set there; the team creates no separate profile.

7. Usage statistics and crash reports

To improve the app, we may process usage statistics and crash reports that do not identify you. You can switch this off in settings at any time.

• Examples collected: screen transitions, feature usage counts, completion rate by difficulty, app version, device model, OS version
• Never collected: puzzle content, stamp images, account identifiers, advertising identifiers, precise location
• Retention: aggregated, up to 26 months

8. Permissions

Permissions are used only for the purposes below.

• Notifications — only if you turn them on, to say today's sheet has arrived. Off by default, and switchable at any time
• Photos and files — only when you save or share a stamp image, and only for the location you choose

9. Network

Every play feature — generation, validation, hints and printing a stamp — works with the network switched off. The network is used only for sync you enabled, game services and statistics.

10. Children's data

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

11. How to delete your data

Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on the device. You can also erase it immediately from Settings > Erase all records, which clears the cloud copy as well.

No automatic backup is created. Switch cloud sync on before changing devices.

12. About this website

The SAGAK landing page sets no cookies and has no form that takes a name or email. The H1Soft website privacy policy governs the details.

13. Your rights

You control the data on your device in full. Statistics processing can be stopped in app settings at once; for anything else, please use the contact below.

14. Changes

When this privacy policy changes, we post the change and its effective date on this page and in the app. Changes unfavourable to users are announced at least 30 days before they take effect.
