ONE store オフライン配布版
ONE store版1.1.0(9)以降では、オンラインアカウント・対戦・ランキング・サーバー同期を提供しません。インターネットとネットワーク状態の権限はなく、アプリからサーバーへデータを送信しません。パズル、進行状況、設定、切手帳は端末に保存します。切手画像は利用者が選択した別のアプリでのみ共有します。他の配布版で作成したオンラインアカウントやサーバー記録に接続せず、変更もしません。既存のオンライン記録の削除は元の配布版のオンライン設定から依頼できます。以下のオンラインサービス・国・国旗・Cloudflare処理の説明は、オンライン機能がある他の配布版に適用されます。
他の配布版と共通の案内
SAGAK is a puzzle app provided by H1Soft. Solo puzzles, progress and your stamp album are stored on your device. You can play solo without an online account.
Online play requires an internet connection and separate consent. After consent, we create an anonymous account associated with that app installation. The server stores a random account identifier, a hash of its authentication credential, generated nickname, language, flag preference and country code, rating, match statistics and season records. It also processes online puzzle moves, timings, results and replays. Connection latency and timing are temporarily stored during a match to support fair timing and reconnection. We process review flags and repeated early-leave records to protect fair play.
Other online players can see your nickname, flag, grade, rating and record. The two participants can view the completed boards and replay after a match. Automatic flags use the country of your connection; you can choose another flag or hide it. The app does not request precise location permission.
Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects and D1 provide the online service. Connections use HTTPS/WSS encryption. The application server does not log IP addresses, but the hosting provider may process network information to deliver and protect requests. We do not use advertising, advertising tracking or data sales. External sharing of a stamp or room code uses the destination you choose.
Your match-history screen shows your latest 20 matches. A shared match may remain on the server while it is among either participant's latest 20. Account details, rating, cumulative and season statistics, and review records remain until account deletion. Active match connection state and latency are removed after match settlement.
Use Settings → Erase online records to delete your anonymous account, nickname, flag preference, rating, statistics and the server's match/replay records involving that account. Deletion cannot be undone. Your solo progress and stamps stay on your device. Once deletion succeeds, the account is no longer available through the active service. Restricted disaster-recovery database history may remain for up to 30 days within the hosting providers’ recovery systems.
Uninstalling the app does not delete the server account. The account is tied to the installation and does not automatically transfer or recover after uninstalling or changing devices. If you cannot access the app, use the online-account deletion request below. Solo play remains available if the online service closes.
If you email support, we use your email address and message to answer and process your request. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, whose hosting provider may process connection information. Website Google Analytics runs only after a visitor chooses Allow and processes page paths, visit times, referrers, device/browser information, cookie identifiers and visit activity.
