Sudoku Voyage Privacy Policy

1. General

This policy applies to the Sudoku Voyage app ("the app") and its landing page, provided by H1Soft ("the team"). The team complies with applicable law, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

2. In three lines

• The app has no server. No sign-up, no login.
• Puzzle progress, records and collectibles live only on your device.
• So the team cannot see that data — there is no path by which we could.

3. What we never collect

The app collects no personal information at all: no name, email, phone number or location. There is no server to receive it.

4. Stored on your device

The following is written only to app-private storage and is removed when you uninstall the app.

• The puzzle in progress and its undo history
• Stage completion, stars and streaks
• Collectible progress such as postcards and passport stamps
• App settings — difficulty, theme, one-hand mode, notifications, language

5. Permissions

Permissions are used only for the purposes below.

• Notifications — only if you turn them on, for the daily puzzle and streak reminders. You can switch them off at any time in settings
• File and storage access — only when you export or import a backup file, and only for the location you choose

6. Network

Every feature works with the network switched off. Puzzle generation, validation, hints and the Academy all run on device, and game data is never transmitted.

7. Sharing

Since nothing is collected, nothing is shared. The app contains no analytics SDK.

8. Children's data

The app collects no personal information from users of any age, so it collects none from children under 14 either.

9. How to delete your data

Uninstalling the app deletes everything. You can also erase it immediately from Settings > Reset all data in the app.

There is no server, so there is no automatic backup. Export a backup file in Settings before switching devices.

10. About this website

The Sudoku Voyage landing page sets no cookies and has no form that takes a name or email. Any visit statistics are processed only in aggregate, without identifying individuals; the H1Soft website privacy policy governs the details.

11. Your rights

The team stores no personal information, so there is no team-held record subject to access, correction or deletion. You control all on-device data directly.

12. Changes

When this privacy policy changes, we post the change and its effective date on this page and in the app. Changes unfavourable to users are announced at least 30 days before they take effect.
