Scope and operator
This policy applies to the Phone Cleaner app for iPhone and iPad, its website and email support. H1Soft operates the service and handles privacy inquiries at h1.soft.x001@gmail.com.
Information processed in the app
No account is required. The app reads thumbnails, filenames, sizes, formats, creation and modification dates, dimensions and durations of photos and videos you authorize to compare duplicates, create previews and shrink media. Comparison hashes, similarity and image-quality analysis, preservation choices, language, theme, presets and job history are stored in the app’s private storage. They are not used to identify people. Photos and analysis results are not sent to H1Soft servers. The app contains no advertising, behavioral analytics or remote crash-reporting SDK.
Photo permission and your choices
The app uses iOS Photos authorization. You may allow full access or selected photos; limited access also limits the results. Change or revoke access in iOS Settings. Only locally available originals are processed. The app does not automatically download iCloud-only originals. It does not request other apps’ usage records, private messenger data, contacts, microphone or location access.
Local storage and removal
Smaller copies are saved to your photo library; originals remain until you confirm removal. Removing media requires your selection and iOS confirmation. Manage restoration and permanent deletion in Recently Deleted in Apple’s Photos app. Phone Cleaner does not browse or empty that collection. Deleting Phone Cleaner removes its private settings and analysis records, but library originals and saved copies remain separately. Device backups, migration and iCloud Photos synchronization follow Apple’s settings and policies; they are not uploads to a Phone Cleaner server.
Website access
The website has no account creation, checkout or photo-upload function and no H1Soft-added advertising trackers, visitor analytics or tracking cookies. GitHub, the hosting provider, may process access information such as IP addresses for security under its privacy statement. These website records are separate from your app photos and cleanup history.
Support email and retention
When you contact support, we receive your sender address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and delete them within one year after the inquiry is resolved. You may request earlier deletion. Records needed for a legal obligation or an ongoing dispute are retained only as necessary. Please send the issue description and app/device version instead of sensitive original photos.
External services and processing abroad
The website uses GitHub hosting and support email uses Google Gmail. These providers may process data in the United States or other countries under their privacy policies. We do not outsource in-app media analysis or sell or share photos and analysis results for advertising. Legally valid disclosure requests are handled only within applicable requirements.
Access, correction and deletion
Contact h1.soft.x001@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of support records held by H1Soft. We verify your authority with the minimum necessary information. H1Soft cannot remotely access or delete media and analysis stored only on your device. Manage media in Apple’s Photos app and remove private app data by deleting the app. There is no separate user account.
Protection and children
Analysis records use iOS app-private storage and permissions, and the website uses HTTPS. Support records are handled only as needed to respond. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 14. Children should ask a parent or guardian for help before contacting support.
Changes and contact
This iOS policy takes effect on September 19, 2026. Changes and effective dates will be posted on this page. Material changes affecting your rights will be announced in advance. For privacy inquiries, contact H1Soft at h1.soft.x001@gmail.com.
