Privacy policy

Document scanning and text recognition run on your device. H1Soft does not collect your documents or recognized text on a server. When you choose to share, export or back up, files go to the app or location you select. Text recognition varies by device and document language.

Deleted documents stay in Trash for up to 30 days and can be permanently removed there at any time. Uninstalling removes internal app data. Exported files and external backups must be deleted separately from their saved locations.

The camera is used to photograph documents; the photo picker imports images you select. Language resources for recognition or translation may download from the operating system or model provider. Usage analytics and crash reports are not sent to H1Soft servers.

Email us with questions or bug reports. Include your device model and iOS version to help us investigate. Please do not send original documents containing sensitive information.
