Request deletion of your SAGAK online account

If you can use the app, open Settings → Erase online records for immediate deletion. To initiate a request without reinstalling, email h1.soft.x001@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my SAGAK online account.” Include the nickname you remember, your device platform and approximately when you last played to help us locate the account.

We may need additional information to verify ownership and protect other players' accounts. Do not send passwords or app authentication tokens by email. Because the account is anonymous and tied to the installation, ownership may be difficult to verify if you have lost access and identifying information. We will reply with the verification steps and status of your request after reviewing it.

Deleting a verified account removes its nickname, flag preference, rating, match and season statistics, related server match/replay records and review records. It does not erase solo progress stored on your device. Restricted database recovery history may remain for up to 30 days after deletion from the active service.
