These terms govern use of the h1soft.github.io website ("this site") operated by H1Soft ("the team"). Each app is governed by its own terms of service.

2. What we provide

This site presents information about the team and the apps it builds. There is no sign-up, no payment and no personal data entry on this site.

3. Accuracy

App features, release timing and pricing shown here reflect plans at the time of publication and may change as development proceeds. The team does not warrant completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, images, design and logos — belongs to the team or its rightful owners. Reproduction, distribution, transmission or derivative works require the team's prior written consent.

5. External links

This site links to app stores and to landing pages for other products. The operators of those sites are responsible for their content and policies.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

place excessive load on the site through automated means
probe for vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorised access
use content in a way that infringes the rights of the team or a third party

7. Disclaimer

This site is provided "as is". The team is not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or hosting provider outages.

The team may change the structure and content of the site or discontinue it. Planned discontinuation will be announced on this site in advance.

When this terms changes, we post the change and its effective date on this page. Changes unfavourable to users are announced at least 30 days before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes fall under the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act as the court of first instance.
